Terms and conditions
Rates
Because of the diverse nature of each booking, we do not have standard rates. Every hire is different, waiting time, distance and mileage are all factors. However, we do promise to offer a great service at a great price. You can contact us at any time for a quotation.
Payment
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard and Laser. Cheques are accepted but only with a minimum of 14 working days prior to the hire in order to clear the banking system. All payments must be made before the commencement of the hire.
Deposit
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking.
Basic Conditions
All hirers must be 18 years of age. A Credit Card is required to secure the booking.
The hirer shall be responsible for the proper behaviour of all passengers.
The hirer holds the company harmless of any and all liability for any personal or material damage, arising from the conduct of their party.
The hirer is responsible for the conduct of their party.
Food is not permitted in any of the vehicles unless agreed with the company.
Champagne bottles are to be opened by the chauffeur as they can lead to injury or damage to the vehicle.
Smoking in the vehicle is against the law and will lead to termination of the hire.
In the event the vehicle has been left in an unreasonable condition by the hirer or their party, a minimum charge of €150 will incur.Circumstances that can lead to this charge include soiling, or spillage of food or drinks.
Bad behaviour by the hirer or their party shall result in the immediate cancellation of the hire without refund.
The company can accept no liability for the failure of the hirer to arrive at their destination on time. It is the responsibility of the hirer to book the vehicle and ensure enough travelling time to the destination. The hirer is made aware that any additional time over and above the booking period will be charged at the appropriate rate.
It is the express responsibility of the hirer to ensure that all passengers are at the pick up location at the previously agreed pick up time. The vehicle may be required for another booking and it will be at the chauffeurs discretion as to any additional waiting time. This waiting time will be charged in 15 minute blocks at the hourly rate.
The hirer agrees that luggage capacity is limited and that they should inform the company of the amount of luggage they wish to carry in advance of the booking. For safety and operational reasons the final decision shall rest with the chauffeur.
The company shall not be responsible for any personal items left behind in the vehicle, nor is it the responsibility of the company to organize the delivery to the hirer of any such items.
Cancellations
If a booking is cancelled up to 14 days (or less) before the hire date, the company regrets that any deposit paid can not be refunded.
